The first of The Simpsons’ NFTs featured one of the show’s classic moments – Homer and Bart choking each other. There are over 12,000 issues of this token. The second NFT was of Bart’s skateboard decorated with skulls and crossbones on the underside and over 6000 editions, making this a rare NFT.

The value of digital art is a growing sensation. Many influential people have been created as NFTs, including Aamir Khan, Kamala Harris, Iron Man and Bill Gates on the Ethereum network. A ‘Homer Pepe’ NFT, an artwork made from an artistic combination of Homer Simpson and the Pepe The Frog meme sold for over $320,000 in 2021, after being purchased by the seller, Peter Kell, for $38,500.

With the growth of the NFT world, many celebrities and big brands are entering this space, including Warner Bros, Quentin Tarentino, DC Comics and Marvel.
