Deepak Chopra promotes the joy of missing out

Perfect health advocate Deepak Chopra has merged with Shira Lazar and a few other stakeholders to raise awareness about mental health. As such, ‘The JOMO Effect’ campaign will feature an amazing selection of NFT artwork, with all proceeds from the primary sale being donated to five mental health charities.

Lazar’s digital wellness agency ‘Peace Inside Live’ will lead the initiative ‘The JOMO Effect’. A mental health NFT campaign featuring 40 top digital artists including the likes of Brian Fanzo, Krista Awad, Allison Sayka, Sierra Nawabi, Ashira Art and many more.

Apart from the 40 artists, Lazar teamed up with TimePieces, Unstoppable Domains, PolyDoge, Intentional, Adam Bomb Squad, House of Fist and Chopra’s Seva.Love to bring the project to life. Now, each partner will promote the coin that takes place on May 10th to their set of communities by offering additional benefit. For example, Sera.Love will offer holders an exclusive online meditation session with Chopra.

The NFTs will debut through a blind coin on May 10 via the Magic Eden marketplace and cost in the range of 30 to 40 MATIC apiece, giving collectors a chance to earn additional rewards.

Magic Eden is rising as an advocate for mental health

In a statement, Tiffany Huang, marketing manager at Magic Eden, notes, “We’re excited to partner with some of the best companies and artists to support mental health.” She adds further “It’s a topic that isn’t talked about often enough in Web3, but it’s very important. Magic Eden’s role is to ensure that we bring partners together to enhance their mission, and we are proud to help them shine.”

After all, as Lazar notes, “The idea is to continue this conversation outside of Mental Health Awareness Month in May.”

Shira Lazar’s ‘JOMO (Joy of Missing Out)’ concept comes as an antidote to the anxiety-inducing ‘FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)’. Aimed at celebrating the process of a person doing exactly what they want and not worrying about something more interesting happening elsewhere.
