Zimpler and Gigapay launch new payment solution for content creators

The Swedish fintech Simpler is offering a new payout management system to content creators through its recent partnership with the fintech startup Gigapay.

With an estimated growth of $16.4 billion this year, influencer marketing is reaching an all-time high, and with millions of influencers worldwide, the number of industry participants is also expected to increase.

This growth has generated an opportunity for fintech companies to innovate and introduce new solutions; specifically solutions that will enable them to get paid faster while improving self-invoicing and self-invoicing processes.

While instant payouts are possible, sole traders and creators still have to wait an average of 15 days for the numbers to appear in their accounts.

Zimpler’s new partnership with Gigapay will give this creative demographic due access to instant payments on a level playing field; with such as Society Icon, Digitial and INCA already using the solution.

Gigapay was the first to accept freelancers without a registered company, and now thanks to the collaboration with Zimpler, the company is also the first to provide instant payments to those who have a registered company in Sweden.

“Our partnership with Zimpler will provide Gigapay users with the best service and features possible, allowing self-employed creators to receive instant payouts, without having to rely on a traditional long billing cycle. Since many self-employed people value instant payouts, we know that removing this element can be life-changing,” explains Raiha BuchananCEO and co-founder of Gigapay.

Buchanan continues: “With the fintech industry continuing to grow and expand, many have begun to see the value in collaboration. Having a strong fintech ecosystem is key to continued growth and success, and this is done by continuously improving the quality of the products and services offered, and allowing the sharing of knowledge and expertise.”
