Africa Fintech Summit Announces Flutterwave as Main Sponsor |  The Guardian Nigeria News

The Africa Fintech Summit has announced Flutterwave as the Lead Fintech Sponsor for the Africa Fintech Summit, 2023.

The sponsorship comes on the heels of Flutterwave’s latest licenses issued in Egypt, enabling Flutterwave to be an official payment service provider in Egypt and expand its presence in MENA.

Since its first summit in 2018, the Africa Fintech Summit has become the largest bi-annual fintech gathering on the African continent. In addition to Flutterwave’s sponsorship, AFTS will be supported by a diverse group of partners and sponsors. The ninth edition of AFTS will focus on best practices in fintech regulation, diaspora banking and remittances, African fintechs expanding globally, cross-border payment movements and Decentralized Finance (Defi) use cases, fintech funding trends, cross-border payments under the AfCFTA, US-Africa technology connections and several other spotlight topics.

This year’s submission will be held in Washington DC on April 12, 2023 and in an African city, soon to be announced, in November 2023.
