US SEC Warns Investors About Crypto Asset Securities – Dogecoin & Shiba Inu Prices Slip As Big Eyes Coin Sets Up For Bull Market With 250% Bonus Code

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission has warned investors about the risks of cryptocurrency securities.

In issuing an official notice to investors, the SEC warned that businesses offering transactions involving crypto-assets as well as crypto-asset securities may not comply with US regulations and that investors risk significant losses.

The US regulator issued the warning moments after the US Federal Reserve announced it would raise interest rates by 0.25% in the wake of a series of bank closures in the US and Europe.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has stepped up its crackdown on the cryptocurrency industry as it most recently announced plans to launch an enforcement action against Coinbase Global. The largest crypto exchange in the US received a notification from the US regulator about the planned lending product, which would allow users to earn interest on their digital assets by lending them to other users.

The global cryptocurrency market traded higher, boosted by gains posted by Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), but in the meme coin space, Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) had reduced prices as Big Eyes Coin (BIG) continued its pre-sale with its latest bonus code BULLRUN250.

After posting a 7-day high of $0.07893 in the last 24 hours, Dogecoin (DOGE) fell 3.13% to trade at its current price of $0.07496.
