Let’s face it: the NFT space is moving very quickly. Considering how quickly things can change in the metaverse, a week in NFT might as well be a month IRL.

Nordic spring

What: Exhibition in limited editions

Why: Nordic Spring, curated by Animus, is an exhibition that seeks to celebrate the beauty of spring through the lenses of four renowned Scandinavian artists. The collection contains limited edition works by Kristian Levin (noCreative), Arne Spangereid, Maria Fynsk Norupand Kesja Tabaczuk.

Why: Index Grids, from Andre Oshea, is a limited edition project intended to explore the “symbiotic, sometimes uneasy and ultimately inextricably linked relationship between the artwork, the artist and the art market.” Each of the 113 tokens in the collection will evolve between four phases each time the token is transferred to a new owner.

WHO: Kids Of The Apocalypse, Icon Popand Reo Cragun

Why: After a sold-out Solana gathering, the audiovisual experience and multimedia series known as Kids Of The Apocalypse (KOTA) is gearing up for another unique drop. This time, KOTA will release an open collaborative edition together with Icona Pop and Reo Cragun, marking Icona Pop’s first foray into the Web3 music space.

Why: Formed in the childhood bedroom of the creator Jess Wiseman and her brother Callum Over a decade ago, Figuregot is a dynamic project said to be “inspired by the childlike joy of collecting cards and collectibles.” The team (consisting of co-founders Ali, Winnie, and the Wiseman siblings) developed a “reverse roadmap” concept to work on building partnerships and products before bringing the digital collectible to fruition. Figuregot will give each holder the opportunity to redeem a FigureGot figure for free. The brand’s aim is to use the IP address to innovate in the fashion, streetwear and technological areas.

Why: Open Headition is an “infinite generative open edition” created by Taylor Might. Best known as the creator of Dippies and Springsthis latest one from Might draws inspiration from fungi – specifically how they form colonies that are wired in a similar way to the human nervous system.

Why: From Sarah Script – Web3’s most prominent calligrapher – comes Holy Script: a celebration of the power of the written word. The project consists of a large selection of literary NFTs, with each token featuring a word that is hand-calligraphed in ink on paper. The project is meant to suggest that the words themselves are sacred because they have meaning for the reader.
