SUBX is to be acquired by the Lisbon Blockchain Firm

Singapore, Singapore–(Newsfile Corp. – March 16, 2023) – Businessplug, a blockchain consulting firm, has agreed to acquire SUBX, a Singapore-based startup that allows businesses to build blockchain applications without code. This move will enable BusinessPlug to expand its services and offer a complete package of solutions to its customers.

SUBX allows businesses to deploy decentralized blockchain applications (dApps) using their build platform. The startup has a strong reputation in the industry for its user-friendly platform and innovative approach to dApp development. Companies can build blockchain applications significantly faster using provided templates and tools without code. By 2022, SUBX worked with over 50+ companies to deploy dApps and was featured on both Chaindebrief and Vulcanpost.

As mentioned during an email exchange, Adam confirmed that he would continue to serve as an advisor to SUBX while he starts a new web3 startup with Joe. Their latest venture, Uniramp, is a fiat token ramping platform that enables users to buy and sell crypto tokens via a variety of payment methods.

The terms of the agreement were not fully disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2023, subject to customary conditions.
