Spain has the highest number of properties available for purchase via crypto

Spain became number one in the world offering the highest number of properties available for purchase using cryptocurrency – 289 properties, according to Forex Suggest’s analysis.

Thailand and Portugal follow Spain as second and third on the list by offering 227 and 130 properties respectively available for purchase with crypto, as Forex Suggest reports. Most of these countries’ listings are located in tourist hotspots such as Spain’s Marbella and Thailand’s Phuket Islands.

The chart above shows the 19 countries that offer the most crypto properties based on the number of listed properties. The United States and the United Kingdom are ranked seventh and eighth, with 80 and 66 properties respectively available for crypto purchase. Despite being the first country to accept Bitcoin (BTC) as legal tender, El Salvador ranks tenth with 39 properties. Indonesia and Italy come to the bottom of the list with six listed properties each.

The most expensive crypto properties

Despite taking the lead in the number of listings, Spain ranks sixth in terms of average listing price. According to the figures, an average property in Spain costs 75.33 BTC. This figure is 95.87 BTC for Thailand, which is second in the number of listed properties.

Canada, the United States and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) emerge as the top three countries with the most expensive crypto properties. According to the figures, the average price per listing is 248.30 BTC in Canada, while its 112.07 BTC and 95.87 BTC in the US and UAE respectively.

Cheapest crypto properties

Although it is the country with the third highest number of crypto properties, Portugal’s listings are among the cheapest crypto properties. The average price per listing is 34.50 BTC in Portugal, which ranks the country in sixth place.

The Philippines, Mexico and the Netherlands occupy the three most reasonable average prices with 15.46 BTC, 23.54 BTC and 26.61 BTC respectively.
