The website has 250+ cryptocurrencies listed that you can buy, sell or trade.
The exchange also has its own token called “CRONOS” (aka CRO, read here why they renamed it), which gives you benefits when you hold or bet.
Recently they introduced a popular one NFT marketplace which is easy to use.

If you want to withdraw money from your crypto.com account, that is time critical information since you cannot withdraw money from your crypto account. Here are the exact steps on how to withdraw money from your crypto.com account and be best prepared:

Withdrawal address 24-hour freezing

Every time you want to send cryptocurrency to a new address, the withdrawal address will must be whitelisted for security reasons:

Be aware that newly introduced withdrawal address will have a 24-hour withdrawal freeze. The same address must also be whitelisted for every other token or network specific! So add your withdrawal addresses right now.

How to whitelist a withdrawal address on your crypto.com account (mobile)

How to add a withdrawal address to the whitelist:

Select the “Accounts” tab
Select “Crypto Wallet”
Choose your crypto coin
Click “Transfer” and “Withdraw”
Select “External Wallet”
To add a new withdrawal address, click the “+ Add Wallet Address” button.
The withdrawal address can be typed, copied or scanned (tap the blue QR code icon to scan the address).
Hint: Remember to delete any blank spaces or other text that is not part of the withdrawal address when you enter it (occasionally when you scan a QR code it will add something like “ethereum:” if you try to save it, you will get the error message “Invalid address”).
Click CONTINUE after giving your wallet a name.
Press “send” to receive an SMS and enter the received confirmation code (the code is only valid for five minutes)
Next, enter the 2FA authentication code that your authenticator app generated.
DONE, now you have to wait for 24 hours to use this whitelisted address for withdrawal.

Withdrawal limit for crypto.com Exchange website

To withdraw cryptocurrencies from your Crypto.com exchange wallet, you must first be at the Starter level or higher.

Daily maximum withdrawal limit (24-hour rolling): USD 100,000
Daily maximum withdrawal requests: 5 per 24 hours
Monthly maximum withdrawal limit (rolling 30 days): USD 500,000
Monthly maximum withdrawal requests: 30 times per month

Withdrawal limits (EURO)

Minimum (per request): EUR 80
Daily maximum (24-hour rolling): EUR 100,000
Maximum monthly (rolling 30 days): EUR 500,000

Why is euro withdrawal not ready for me?

Before you can withdraw EURO, you must have made at least one successful EURO deposit over the SEPA network to Crypto.com in accordance with compliance requirements.

You can enable this by:

Set up EUR wallet via SEPA
Deposit any amount in EUR via SEPA once to register your bank account*
Banks from these countries are not supported for EURO withdrawals: Andorra, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco

CRO Token: The Everyday-Cryptocurrency?

A withdrawal from the Crypto.com app is a transaction that involves sending a cryptocurrency to an external address outside the Crypto.com environment such as a software wallet, an exchange or hardware wallet (be safe with the ledger nano*). Unlike transferring cryptocurrency to another user of the Crypto.com app, these blockchain transactions incur fees. (Read above)

Here is Step-by-step guide to withdraw your cryptos:

Select the “Accounts” tab
Select “Crypto Wallet”
Choose your crypto coin
Click “Transfer” and “Withdraw”
Select “External Wallet”
Find and choose whitelisted wallet address. (as mentioned before)
Enter your password or confirm with biometric ID.
Enter the 2FA authentication code generated by your authenticator app.
Press ‘send’ to receive an SMS containing the mobile verification code (the code will be valid for 5 minutes).
Enter the mobile verification code.
Enter the amount and press “Withdraw”
Wait for the withdrawal to be processed
Once your withdrawal address is confirmed, you will receive an email
You will then receive a new email when your request has been processed.

How to retreat USD from your crypto.com account (Mobile app)

Withdraw USD from your crypto account

Transmits USD funds from the crypto com wallet to a US bank account(s) through ACH network happens as follows, via the mobile app:

“Accounts” tab
Select “Fiat Wallet”
Press the “Transfer” button
Click “Withdraw”
Tap your USD balance and withdraw USD

Select the preferred bank account if it is already added.
Review the USD withdrawal details and hit confirm to get it processed!
Please allow 3-5 business days and you will be notified via email and push notifications after the internal review by the crypto.com team is complete
It then takes around 1-3 working days for the bank transfer to be processed by the network.

Withdraw EURO from your crypto account

Users of Crypto.com can withdraw money from the crypto app to their WATCH– compatible bank accounts.

Users must have made at least one successful EURO deposit via SEPA to the Crypto.com app in accordance with compliance requirements before a withdrawal is allowed.

The steps are the same as for USD, so read above for detailed steps.

All the steps you need are the following:

Visit crypto.com/exchange and select the Login button (top right corner).
After logging into your account, click on Wallets>Spot wallet (upper right corner).
Find your cryptocurrency to withdraw and select Withdraw.
Select the withdrawal address in the drop-down list and review the amount you wish to withdraw.
Select “Review Withdrawals” when you’re ready.
Review withdrawal details. The amount you receive will be the amount after the withdrawal fee has been deducted, where applicable.
Enter your SMS OTP and Google verification code
Select Confirm Withdrawal. Withdrawals to external wallets can take up to 2 hours to process.

This is difficult since crypto.com does not allow out of the box to withdraw your money from the visa card.

You have two options:

Pay for goods with your Visa card (you can use Western Union or PayPal to send it to a friend)
Pay a $50 fee and get in touch [email protected] and they will transfer the funds back.
