Graph Blockchain Announces Grant of RSUs – Graph Blockchain (OTC:REGRF)

Toronto, Ontario – (Newsfile Corp. – February 17, 2023) – Graf Blockchain Inc. (CSE:GBLC) (OTC:REGRF) (FSE: RT50) (“GBLC” or “Graph Blockchain” or “Company”) are pleased to announce that the board has approved the allocation of a total of 5,400,000 restricted equity shares (“RSUs“) under the Company’s Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Plan“) to employees, board members and consultants in the company. The RSUs will be earned over a two (2) year period. The plan was approved by the company’s shareholders on 17 June 2022. The common shares underlying the RSUs are subject to a four months holding period in accordance with the guidelines of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
