Toronto, Ontario – (Newsfile Corp. – June 9, 2023) – Graf Blockchain Inc. (CSE: GBLC) (OTC Pink: REGRF) (FSE: RT50) (“GBLC” or “Graph Blockchain” or “Company”) are pleased to announce that the board has approved the allocation of a total of 2,200,000 restricted equity shares (“RSUs“) under the Company’s Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Plan“) to employees, board members and consultants of the company. The RSUs vest immediately and expire on 9 June 2024. The plan was approved by the company’s shareholders on 28 July 2022.
