DIGIT’s Fintech Summit 2022 is just two weeks away.

Now in its ninth year, the event will see senior staff from across the financial technology community come together to discuss the latest advances in the field, and assess their role in the ongoing socio-economic recovery.

The summit, to be held on 15 September, will explore new trends, such as the accelerated transition to mobile banking, digital channels and embedded payment systems, along with increased interconnection of services.

The conference will reflect on the development of financial technology against this backdrop of volatility; assesses the key challenges and market disruptions, and discusses the opportunity for fintech to help clients deal with the cost of living crisis.

In addition, the Financial Technology Summit 2022 will take place ahead of the Scottish Financial Technology Awards 2022 on Thursday 6 October 2022. In the first ceremony since 2019, the awards will celebrate the development of the Scottish fintech ecosystem, recognizing outstanding individual and organizational achievements within the sector.
