Dosh and Software Group wins two awards at the IBSi Global FinTech Innovation Awards 2022

Dosh, the first mobile wallet in New Zealand, and Software Group, an end-to-end digitization partner for financial service providers globally, are among the winners of the IBS Intelligence Global FinTech Innovation Awards 2022. The collaborating companies won two awards: Most Customizable Deployment and Most Impactful Project in the category of most innovative digital wallets.

Launched in October 2021 and based on the Software Group’s Mobile Wallet solution, Dosh became a pioneer in creating an ecosystem for instant payments in New Zealand, including both customers and businesses in two separate apps: Dosh for Consumers and Dosh for Business, available for iOS and Android. With it, individuals can make real-time P2P transfers via mobile wallet and spend anywhere instantly 24/7, while merchants accept contactless payments via QR code and manage transactions from their dedicated business portal.

In September 2022, the company introduced its Dosh Visa Debit Card which enables customers to make payments anywhere worldwide where Visa is accepted, as well as split bills and earn cashback rewards, paid directly to their Dosh account.
