Shareholders approve resolutions

The resolutions approved by the shareholders who were present in person or represented by proxy at the ordinary general meeting and extraordinary general meeting on 14 September 2022 were:

  • The number of directors was set at four. All nominated board members were duly elected or re-elected to DMG’s board. DMG’s Board of Directors consists of Sheldon Bennett, John Place, Kelly Allin and John D. Abouchar. Each director will serve until DMG’s next annual meeting of shareholders or until their respective successors are elected or appointed or they otherwise cease to hold office.
  • Kingston Ross Pasnak LLP was appointed as the independent external auditor of DMG for the following year or until the successor is appointed, and the board was authorized to determine the remuneration.
  • The company’s stock option plan was reapproved, and the implementation of the restricted stock plan was approved.
