Crunchfish is nominated for Outstanding Advances in Digital Currency and Fintech Innovation Showcase

Crunchfish has been nominated as a finalist for the Digital Currency Awards in the Outstanding Advancement in Digital Currency category. This award recognizes the year’s most exciting digital currency company, one that has made a huge impact in the space with new and innovative services. Crunchfish has also been selected to pitch at the Fintech Innovation Showcase at the Digital Currency Conference (DCC) in Mexico City, where Crunchfish CEO Joachim Samuelsson is participating as a speaker and panelist.

Crunchfish is invited to attend the Digital Currency Awards ceremony at 5:00 PM CST Thursday, May 18 on the main plenary stage of the Digital Currency Conference (DCC) in Mexico City at 5:00 PM CST on Thursday, May 18, where the winners will be announced. Crunchfish is nominated in the Outstanding Advancement in Digital Currency category. The category is open to companies that have created competition and transformed the way we experience digital currency. As it was a very competitive process, Crunchfish are very proud and happy to be recognized. Immediately following the awards, there will be an evening cocktail reception, where Crunchfish will have the opportunity to network with some of the industry’s leading experts. Crunchfish has also been selected to pitch at the Fintech Innovation Showcase at DCC. Each company will have 10 minutes to present their project at 16:30 CST Wednesday, May 17, 2023. The other companies selected to present at the Fintech Innovation Showcase are Cipher-Core, Currency Network, e-Currency, Fireblocks , FNA, Idemia, Progressoft, Ripple and Wadzpay, some of which are well known to Crunchfish as we are in discussions to integrate Crunchfish Digital Cash with their product platforms.

Crunchfish will be represented at DCC by CEO Joachim Samuelsson who will participate as an expert in a panel for offline payments and give a presentation on the topic Central banks should modernize payments.
