CoinSwitch previously appoints Myntra VP as head of cryptotechnology

The crypto-investment app CoinSwitch has appointed Sudheer Tumuluru as head of crypto-technology. His role includes leading the company’s efforts to build the technology table that drives crypto trading, exchanges and new crypto products.

Tumuluru joins CoinSwitch from Myntra, where he was vice president of engineering. With over two decades of experience, he has built cloud, Big Data and infrastructure platforms at technology companies in India and the United States.

“CoinSwitch is expanding rapidly. A crucial part of this journey is a robust cryptotechnology stack. Sudheer’s (Tumuluru) expertise will (help) drive this effort,” said Ashish Singhal, co-founder and CEO, CoinSwitch.

CoinSwitch was founded in 2017 by Ashish Singhal, Govind Soni and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, and is supported by investors such as Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Tiger Global and Sequoia Capital.
