(TSX-V: CBIT; OTCQX: CBTTF) (“Cathedra” or “Company“), a Bitcoin company that develops and operates world-class bitcoin mining infrastructure, is pleased to announce the results of its Annual General Meeting and Special Shareholders’ Meeting (“Shareholders“) held on 6 September 2022 (the “Meeting“).

The shareholders elected all five nominated managers to the company’s board for the following year. As such, the Cathedra Board remains:
