Blockchain Gaming Platform Myria Launches Layer 2 Scaling Solution on Ethereum

Myria announced today, August 30, the release of a blockchain gaming-focused Ethereum (ETH) layer 2 (L2) scaling solution to enable fast and secure trades as well as zero gas fees for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and blockchain games.

In particular, the launch of Myria L2 includes a comprehensive suite of developer and player-centric products, including the Myria Developer SDK, Myria Wallet and the NFT Marketplace. In particular, these tools enable users and manufacturers to utilize the scalability benefits offered by the protocol, according to a Myria press release shared with Finbold.

Myrias L2 uses a mechanism called Zero-Knowledge Rollup (ZK-Rollup) to combine a large number of separate transfers into a single transaction. This allows it to process up to 9,000 transactions per section (TPS), which is a significant increase over Ethereum’s rate of less than 50 TPS.

Moreover, users of blockchain games and NFTs can establish their own Myria wallets with “one click”, exchange, exchange and transfer NFTs instantly with zero gas fees and 100% carbon neutral.
