Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) rise slightly, Dogecoin most popular, up 12%

Cryptocurrency the prices were mixed with Bitcoin, Ethereum is up a bit, but in the meme coin section, Dogecoin (DOGE) was the biggest gainer and the most trending crypto on Wednesday morning. Most altcoins were trading at a loss.

Crypto market capitalization rose 0.09 percent to $1.02 trillion, and trading volume fell 21.29 percent to $73.3 billion, according to data from Coinmarketcap.com at 8:50 a.m.

Today’s top winner was Dogecoin; it was up 12.24 percent to $0.06216. The biggest loser was Terra Classic (LUNC), which traded at $0.0002225 with a loss of 8.33 percent over the past 24 hours through Wednesday morning.

Cryptocurrency prices

Bitcoin: BTC rose 0.22 percent to $20,541.73.

Its lowest intraday trading price was $20,359.85, while volume was down 17.12 percent to $38,856,379,390.

BTCs trading on November 1 was very volatile, but traded with gains for the most part. The situation turned around around 19:00 when volatility was subdued by a small margin and BTC started a gradual downward journey. By 20:00, BTC unloaded all its gains and therefore traded at a loss, which continued until approx. 06.10 on November 2, after which it started trading with smaller gains again.

Ethereum: Ethereum’s price rose 0.37 percent to $1,591.76 in the last 24 hours through Wednesday morning.

Like BTC, ETH was also volatile and traded with gains. At around 19:00 on 1 November, ETH also experienced the same phenomenon of declining trading volume combined with price decline. However, despite trading at a loss, there were frequent rises in price. This trading pattern continued well into the night.

The lowest price for ETH was $1,568.10. ETH’s trading volume decreased by 26.05 percent to $14,026,777,127.

Other Altcoins: Solana’s (SOL) price fell 1.23 percent to $32.32 today.

Ripple (XRP) was up 0.48 percent at $0.4605 and 24-hour trading volume was down 13.42 percent at $1,222,826,080.

Cardano (ADA) was down 1.64 percent at $0.4002. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was down 13.09 percent to $479,649,792.

Binance (BNB) fell 1.59 percent to $325.53. Its 24-hour trading volume decreased by 48.34 percent to $1,166,569,012.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin rose 12.24 percent to $0.1432. Its 24-hour trading volume increased by 49.38 percent to $8,028,488,700.

Shiba Inu was up 2.01 percent to $0.00001272.

Decentralized Finance (DeFi)

Yearn.Finance (YFI) fell 1.53 percent to $8,045.09. Its 24-hour trading volume was down 23.71 percent to $17,051,729.

Avalanche (AVAX) fell 4.81 percent to $18.34 and 24-hour trading volume was down 47.01 percent to $272,575,970.

Aave (AAVE) traded down 0.1 percent to $85.00 and 24-hour trading volume was down 8.19 percent to $107,152,263.
