Apex Fintech Solutions hires Schwab-TD Exec as Chief Product Officer of Advisory » Dallas Innovates

Fintech industry veteran Jon Patullo will join Dallas-based Apex Fintech Solutions as head of product consulting in the fourth quarter of 2022, the company announced.

In this new role, Patullo will lead the technology product strategy for Apex Advisor Solutions, the advisory channel of Apex Fintech Solutions. He will work with Olivia Eisinger, general manager of advisory solutions, the company said in a statement. Eisinger is responsible for the advisory strategy, runs the advisory business and leads the team for advisory solutions.

“Apex is on a mission to help growth-oriented advisory firms modernize their business and the experience they offer their clients,” Eisinger said in a statement. “We are excited to welcome Jon to lead our efforts to accelerate our advisory technology strategy. Jon has made incredible contributions to the RIA industry, and we are excited by his passion to continue raising the bar for advisory technology.”

Apex management highlights Patullo as an innovative leader.

It is our goal to give all advisors and their clients a frictionless, digital experience.”

A key player in Schwab and TD Ameritrade

Patullo brings more than 26 years of advisory and financial technology experience to Apex. Most recently, he was managing director of digital trading and wealth management for Southlake-based Charles Schwab Corp. and managing director of technology platform management at TD Ameritrade Holding Corp.

At TD Ameritrade, he led all advisory platforms and third-party integrations for the Nebraska-based company, as well as setting the strategic direction for advisor-facing technology platforms. He led the launch of open architecture technology that is instrumental in innovation across the consulting space today.

Patullo began his career at TD Waterhouse in 1996, serving in a variety of roles in e-commerce, customer service, technical support and software development. While there, Patullo helped launch the Waterhouse online platform for retail customers and later the Veo, Veo Open Access and Veo One custodial technologies.
