5ire, Network Capital launches blockchain module with NITI Aayog; Square Yards Unveils the Real Estate Metaverse

NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) has come out with the first of its kind Blockchain Module, ATL Blockchain Module, in collaboration with 5ire and Network Capital.

This innovative technology will revolutionize the way businesses and individuals interact and trade, providing a secure and decentralized platform for data storage and transfer.

The ATL Blockchain module was launched on 23 January 2023 and marks a significant step forward in the digital transformation of India.

5ire, as one of the world’s fastest growing Blockchain unicorns, has lent its technical expertise and knowledge in writing modules. Network Capital as the world’s largest mentoring and career exploration platform has enabled the curation and conceptualization of the module. 5ire acquired a stake in Network Capital in September 2022.

On the occasion of the launch of the ATL Blockchain Module, Chintan Vaishnav, Mission Director, Atal Innovation Mission, emphasized the importance of “practical innovation” and the need to use Blockchain technology to drive social change.

AIM is India’s flagship initiative to create and foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship across India. Its objective is to develop new programs and policies to promote innovation in various sectors of the economy, provide platforms and collaboration opportunities for various stakeholders, and create an umbrella structure to monitor the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country.

More than 10,000 schools across India have set up Atal Tinkering Labs under the leadership of AIM. The aim of this scheme is to foster curiosity, creativity and imagination in young minds; and inculcating skills, such as design thinking, computational thinking, adaptive learning, physical computing, etc.

Square Yards Unveils the Real Estate Metaverse

Square Yards, India’s largest prop-tech platform, has announced the launch of its real estate metaverse. It is a fully immersive and interactive “real world”-like environment that allows users to explore real estate on a digital twin of an entire city, along with visualizing the neighborhoods in a 3D built environment and entering as an avatar while interacting in a collaborative marketplace.

According to the statement shared by Square Yards, they have received several global patents on immersive, virtual and collaborative experiences in real estate and are working with global real estate developers to bring their project twins to the metaverse.

We believe that our interactive urban digital twins will transform the way consumers interact and shop for their real estate needs, and we have penetrated global markets, such as Dubai, Canada and Neom in a short time with our patented digital twin technology,” said Tanuj Shori, Founder and CEO, Square Yards.
