EZ Blockchain expands its facilities to 16 MW in Georgia by utilizing underutilized energy online
ATLANTA , July 7, 2022 / PRNewswire / – EZ Blockchain launched its second project to transform underutilized energy into crypto mining in West Point, GA. The green crypto mining company with full service is expanding its data center business in West Pointby doubling the capacity from 8 MW to 16 MW.
EZ Blockchain uses the underutilized energy capacity allocated to the city that would otherwise stand still. The company totally invested over $ 1 million into the area to harness this energy, and hire only local contractors. In addition, EZ Blockchain created 8 full-time and well-paid tech jobs,
The company cooperated with the city West Point for the 8 MW expansion project in December 2021, a project that includes four more EZ Blockchain mobile data centers that are expected to be operational in mid-spring. Of May 2022 the company completed the distribution by bringing online proposed capacity.

Over 60% of the electricity runs on the EZ Blockchain data center campus West Point, Georgia is from emission-free resources primarily from nuclear power. The company is focused on increasing growth in West Point, GA to 24 MW in total by adding an additional 8 MW of capacity until the end of the year. This project is EZ Blockchain’s first website open to other customers, where the company rents space in its mobile container as data centers.
